CREDIT LINE Portland Parks Atlas, Portland Civic Lab (parks.portlandciviclab.org), CC BY 4.0 When you can, also link the page or file you used. WHAT THE LICENSE COVERS The Atlas's own work in these files: its compilations, crosswalks, classifications, flags, calculations, planning scenarios, models, reports and documentation. WHAT IT DOES NOT CHANGE - Facts and figures that come from City of Portland and Portland Parks & Recreation records remain public records. This license does not restrict anyone's use of them and grants no rights the Atlas does not hold. City data remain under the City of Portland's own open-data terms. - historical-kgw-estimates.csv (and the 2023 estimate columns built from it) reproduces a table of City project estimates that KGW published in November 2023. Credit KGW as the publisher of that table. - Census figures come from the U.S. Census Bureau and are in the public domain. - Data shown on the website but not published in /downloads, such as map features from OpenStreetMap (ODbL) and school sites from Metro RLIS, keep their own licenses. The site footer names them. The files are provided as is, without warranty, as the license sets out. Questions or corrections: edan@portlandciviclab.org
