Neighborhood association that cares for Eastmoreland Garden under an agreement with PP&R: it pays for the water, the landscaping company it employs, new plantings and the memorial bricks neighbors buy, while PP&R maintains the sprinkler system. Neighbors designed and built the garden about 20 years ago. The association co-sponsors the Eastmoreland Garden Club's yearly Gathering in the Garden.
