The bubble went down due to either the power temporarily going out, or the weight from freezing rain/snow or likely both. All 5 light fixtures have some damage, but the worst situation is the fixture in the center. On-top of the fixture there is a metal protective device that prevents the lights from breaking when the bubble is lowered for repair. Due to the additional weight of the snow, the device, shaped like a hook, punctured the fabric. It is now stuck in the fabric. So, if the bubble goes up the fixture will go up and if it goes down the fixture will go down. To make maters worse the base of the fixture has broken from the plate it was installed to. This is the most dangerous part of the situation and the most pressing issue
