Glenwood Park on Portland.gov
Thanks to the passage of the Parks Replacement Bond, funds were available to renovate the restrooms at Glenwood Park, including reconfiguring interior walls and floor to provide an ADA-compliant restroom and replacing exterior siding. The restrooms now have two all-user restrooms with single occupancy. Additional ADA improvements included repairing the pathway from SE 89th Avenue to provide an ADA-compliant route and the addition of signage and a curb cut for a reserved ADA parking space on SE 89th Avenue. Construction on these improvements were complete in winter 2018.

Assessment dates are copied from the public Parks Amenities layer. Old dates mean this source does not publish a newer assessment for that asset, not that we have confirmed no newer internal inspection exists. PP&R does not publish itemized repair costs, so this ledger shows needs without dollar figures.

The public asset layer includes `PictureID` and `Hyper_pic`, but those values point to PP&R internal file-share paths, not public image URLs. Asset-level inspection photos need a PP&R export or public ArcGIS attachments before this app can render them.
