Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is temporarily pausing the John Luby Disc Golf Project. While John Luby Park is an exciting part of PP&R’s broader initiatives, including the Urban Forestry annual planting process, nature patch development, and ADA trail improvements, we've made the decision to postpone the project in response to staff capacity.

This temporary pause is a strategic move to ensure that each initiative receives the attention and commitment it deserves, contributing to the overall enhancement of John Luby Park for the entire community.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we address parks and recreation system needs, community expectations, and realistic workloads for staff.
