Regional Arts & Culture Council

Nonprofit arts council that manages the City of Portland's public art collection, including its public database, under contract with the City's Office of Arts & Culture, which is responsible for the collection (nearly 1,800 pieces, many of them in parks). The collection, with a map, is in the Public Art Archive. RACC also runs a public art murals program, and it partnered on cultural installations such as the Sapporo Peace Plaza in Waterfront Park.
